2008 Parent Handbook

This Handbook includes all of the important information you will need for the 2008 Summer season. It also includes all of the applications and forms an applicant is required to submit. This handbook should be downloaded before any of the others below. 

SIT application Forms

Applicants currently in Grade 9 who are applying to the Staff in Training Program must submit a SIT application form in addition to the standard forms included in the Parent Handbook.

2008 Registration Forms

These forms are included in the Parent Handbook but are also included here as a supplement for families who have already downloaded the Parent Handbook and require a another set of forms for a second, third or fourth child.
