Three easy ways to register:
- 1. Fill in the form online, print out, sign and submit the form by fax to

- 2. Print out forms, complete and submit in person to 1-5763 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6M 2V7
- 3. Complete all forms and mail to Camp Hatikvah, 1-5763 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6M 2V7

2010 REGISTRATION PROCESS
- please read carefully as some information has changed!
Registration forms will be processed in the order that they are received.
(Except for SITS whose applications are subject to approval, deadline for SIT applications is Monday, November 23, 09).
At the time of registration you must submit the following:
- 1. 2010 Registration form for EACH camper applying;
- 2. Getting to know you form
- 3. "Camp Hatikvah Release, Waiver, Indemnity and Parental Consent" form signed by BOTH parents/legal guardians for each camper applying;
- 4. "Camper Code of Conduct" signed by the camper and ONE parent/guardian;
- 5. Payment as set out in the Payment Policies for the 2010 camping season
OR a COMPLETE Campership Application form for financial assistance.

Please Note:
Only campers who have met all of our application requirements will be registered.
