Director
Hatikvah', means "the hope". Originally a poem written by Naftali Hertz Imber, it was later set to music in Israel in the early 1880s to become the Israeli national anthem.

With a rich heritage dating back over fifty years, Camp Hatikvah has earned a reputation as one of the finest camps in Canada, and one of the highest rated children's summer camps in all of British Columbia. Every summer, Camp Hatikvah offers campers from Grade 1 to 9 an exciting schedule of culture, athletics and arts - all within a Jewish and Zionist atmosphere.

Inspiring Jewish Values
During a summer at Camp Hatikvah, campers will have an opportunity to participate in various levels of Jewish cultural experiences such as Shabbat services, Israeli dancing and Hebrew singing. All of these experiences serve to provide our participants with a deep love and respect of our tradition.
