Campers currently in Grades 1* & 2

*Campers in Grade 1 must have experience with sleeping over at a friends house
ALL RATES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS
Fees for First Session, Second Session, SITS, Kochot Plus & Giborim include: room & board, all camp programming, transportation from/to Vancouver, laundry, tuck, access to our summer photo gallery + unlimited photo downloads, unlimited one-way emails to your child and our 2024 camp t-shirt (+ a sweatshirt for our SIT campers).
Fees for K'tanim include: room & board, all camp programming, transportation from camp to Vancouver at the end of the session, tuck, access to our summer photo gallery + unlimited photo downloads, unlimited one-way emails to your child and our 2024 camp t-shirt. NOTE THAT FEES DO NOT INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION TO CAMP. FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO DROP THEIR CHILDREN OFF AT CAMP AT NOON ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 9th. Campers are, however, invited to take the bus back to Vancouver on August 13th for no additional fee.
All families are also required to become Family Members of the Camp Hatikvah Foundation for $150. This amount is eligible for a Canadian charitable donation receipt which will be sent out in February.
A deposit is required at the time of enrolment.
($1,000 for SITS, $500 for First Session, $250 for Second Session, Giborim & K'tanim)
Unless you request otherwise, this deposit will be taken by credit card and is subject to a 2.5% platform transaction fee.
Families applying for campership need not submit a deposit but must submit a completed campership application form by the campership deadline.
Balance of Payment:
The balance of the camp fees are due by May 1st, 2024.
Families are welcome to pay their balance in full on May 1st or set up a payment plan to pay by monthly instalment on the first of each month through May 1st.
Fees can be paid by cheque or credit card
If you select to pay by credit card, your fees will be subject to a 2.5% platform transaction fee
If you select to pay by cheque, you must submit your post dated cheque(s) to the camp office by November 1st.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Other fees paid between the deposit and March 31st are refundable IF written notice of withdrawal from our program is received at email@example.com on or before March 31st, 2024. After this date all fees paid are considered non-refundable.
